The Career Path of a Manager in Product Development
In this open-format talks and discussion, industry leaders will share their personal career paths, offering unique insights into the skills, decisions, and experiences that shaped their growth. From early career steps to navigating leadership challenges, this session will explore the diverse routes within product management.

***Anton Zhukov ***is a Tech Leader and developer of high-loaded systems, author of Golang development course, speaker and mentor. Advanced from Web Developer through Server Side Developer to Engineering Manager.

***Pavel Shcherbinin ***has begun his career as a developer at Mail.ru, where he eventually became the CTO of its media projects. Later, he led the engineering team at SberMarket. As the author of a course for team leads, he can assist engineers in transitioning to leadership roles and in building strong teams. Outside of the tech industry, he launched Aut Bistro in Belgrade.
